Description
When his homicide detective brother suddenly kills himself, Jack McEvoy, a crime reporter for a Colorado newspaper, undertakes an investigative report into police suicides, only to uncover a sinister pattern that leads to a devious serial cop killer called "The Poet" who leaves behind fake suicide notes taken from the poems of Edgar Allen Poe. It is a blockbuster story but the murderer seems to already know Jack is on his trail.
